Our Team

Founded Tas Food books in 2007.

Bernard Lloyd

Bernard Lloyd is a feature writer and the author of four food books. As well as feature stories in Gourmet Traveller and The Australian Magazine he compiled the history of food and drink in Tasmania for the book Before we Eat, contributed to Tasmania’s seasonal cookbook When we eat and wrote The House of Oysters. This last book won an international award as Australia’s Best Seafood Cookbook of the year. His most recent book is Black Magic for Waji Spiby. He has worked for Tas Food Books since 2003.
