Founded Tas Food books in 2007. Nick Osborne Born: Hobart Tasmania 1960 Started Photography age 10. After leaving Elizabeth Matric worked with the Tasmanian Film Corporation, moved to Melbourne working with Crawford Productions Returned to Tasmania and worked in a variety of jobs throughout the state. Started my own photographic design business in 1990 specializing in commercial and food photography Worked on many large advertising campaigns and product launches throughout Australia and client list includes Cascade, Woolworths, Big W, Nystar, Tourism Tasmania, Banjo's, Federal Group, Hobart City Council, Aurora, Hydro, Roaring 40's, Utas, Tassal, Petuna Published in Gourmet Traveller, Fresh, Sunday Life, Epicure, Delicious and many other Newspapers and Magazines.
